• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and Scrum principles to enhance team performance and collaboration.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure clear and actionable backlog items and prioritize work effectively.
• Monitor and report on team metrics, including velocity and burn-down charts, to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with project management software.
