Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the Division in making economic decisions
Initiate Financial Planning and monitoring Acitivities i.e., budgeting and working capital control, receivables, inventory, profit and cost monitoring
Implement required financial reporting to support the Division
Monitor ISO implementation and proceed correction on required field.
Essential job functions:
Conduct timely monthly reporting of all business units within the Automotive Division to the required format
Provide accurate monthly analysis of key business drivers to the Division management
Provide business development and strategy development support to the Automotive Division Management
Manage the daily financial, accounting activities of the Division (working capital, stocks, debtors, creditors)
Deliver overall financial analysis of each brand, product segment/services, business units, alert division management about financial issues and propose solutions to problems.
Support Car Sales Admin function under Car Sales Administrator requirements.
Execute PC/CV sales department on ISO related function for Automotive division.
Consolidate and prepare the data for reporting on business unit and divisional performance to GM and Management Team
Analyze the reports according to agreed business operation objectives/ measurements and alert the supervisor of deviations.
Control credit to customers, manage customer credit contracts, and set credit limits.
Budget planning preparation and monitoring of business units against budget
Monitor Gross Profit Margins at all levels and monitor costs deviations vs budget
Develop and maintain the purchase and sales procedures and where necessary introduce changes to sales team
Monitor and analyze stock on a monthly receivables and conduct ageing analysis
Maintain monthly sales and gross profit forecasts
Report to the management : inventory, sales, cash flow projections
Leadership assessment and management of back office team
Implement, Participate and utilize ISO9001 system, conduct training of ISO system and ensure Divisional staff are implementing correctly.
Implement, participate and utilize Health and safety policy and ensure implementing this correctly
Conduct training for all staff related to the system, procedures and ISO implementation
Follow HSE procedures and policies.
To ensure QMS system awareness of all employees of the responsible Division/ Department;
To ensure Implementation of Document Control Procedure;
To ensure and control implementation of CAPA system within the responsible Division/Department;
To attend Internal/External Audit and to ensure implementation of corrective actions on audit findings (within the responsible Division/Department);
Job requirements
Bachelor degree of related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in financial field
Good economy and accounting knowledge and interest
MS Word, Outlook, PPT and Excel
Mongolian/ English oral & written on upper intermediate level
Team work, negotiations and communication skills
