Mission

• Actively support, guide, and develop UB and KB workshops and related services and facilities to be the benchmark within our industry, sustainably and profitably mutually adding value to our and customers' operations. To be the driving force for the successful implementation of our Workshop in UB and service center in Khanbogd.
• Responsible for promoting a safe work environment through enhanced awareness, compliance with all applicable state and group safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Live the Epiroc Group values "Collaboration-Commitment-Innovation" in both internal and external activities and relations.
• Engage and strengthen customer relationships.

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Ensure safe operation practices.
• Establish the required operational structure to support and achieve the mission.
• Deliver machine rebuilds and remanufacturing programs to our customers.
• Ensure effective and efficient workshop and remanufacturing center processes, and systems are identified.
• Achieving budget and forecast revenue input and output.
• Ensure we meet the financial KPI/ targets of the operations.
• Monitor and ensure all supply chain procedures and processes are followed properly.
• Make sure activities at all responsible warehouses are run, monitored, and managed following the company’s SOP and Work instructions.
• Secure that we have the right people and that they are sufficiently trained to fulfill the mission.
• Assure establishment of quality-oriented, efficient flow process in the operations.
• Strive to ensure Epiroc practices and procedures are innovative and industry best practices.
• Work with Planner to control costs during the rebuild or repair procedures
• Ensure your financial skills and awareness of the service operation, are at a level that you are fully aware of the cost implications of the decisions you make, demonstrating a solid understanding of activities that have impacted the final result.
• Responsible for internal and external defect detection, identification, and prevention.

Leadership:

• To be a coach and mentor to the local team, articulating a clear vision and strategy for the branches and ensuring a safe and productive work environment is maintained.
• Lead and drive the development of employees’ career ambitions and training must be combined with the Company’s long-term goals.
• Communicate the yearly plan to the organization and clearly define the team's roles and expected contributions.
• Champion and drive the Epiroc Group’s vision by having a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.

Business Development:

• Implement a partnership approach with customers through the implementation of a total delivery model approach, working in consultation with customers to identify and deliver innovative solutions to their operational needs.

 Formal knowledge and Experience required:

• BS Diploma on Mechanical engineering or other related fields
• Diploma about Secondary education or Special Secondary education.
• Office program, Excel, Word
• Min 3 years management experience in a similar operation.
• Good communication skills oral & written in Mongolian and English.
• Financial acumen and understanding of cost implications and costing models.
• Ability to work thru others to achieve goals and objectives.
• Organization management skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills to get the tasks completed within the time frames committed.
• Ability to mentor the crew for a safe operation.
