- Conduct placement tests and group learners by proficiency level.

- Prepare teaching materials, handouts, quizzes, and assessments.

- Conduct reading-focused English lessons for employees at various levels;

- Teach reading skills: skimming, scanning, summarizing, inferring meaning, and understanding context;

- Develop vocabulary exercises: word formation, collocations, phrasal verbs, synonyms/antonyms, and usage practice;

- Assess employees’ reading proficiency and vocabulary size;

- Provide regular progress feedback to directors;

- Create quizzes, reading tests, and vocabulary assessments;

- Encourage reading habits through workplace reading activities or weekly reading tasks 

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field;

- 5+ years of experience in teaching English, preferably to adult learners or in a corporate environment.

- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred);

- Experience teaching English to adults or professionals;

- Strong understanding of business communication and academic reading strategies;
