Education and/or Experience:
Background in Mechanical or Process / Mining Engineering
Minerals processing experience and process knowledge
Experience in driving continuous improvement projects based on a Total
Ownership Cost / Total Cost of Ownership model
Experience in the use of structured problem solving and continuous improvement tools and reporting
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in similar sector / roles
Language Skills:
Mongolian and English at full proficiency.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting capability in a technical environment.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Excel Spreadsheets, Word Processing, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SAP
Work Environment: Moderate office environment with regular exposure to loud and dusty mine sites. Appropriate PPE should be worn in sites and workshop environments.
