Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. (MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not required.)
At least 5 years of proven experience in operations preferably in financial services or lending industry.
Experience in regulatory compliance and government relations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in operations management software.
Proficient in English oral and written communications.
