JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CRM Champion to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth and maintaining and optimizing Company’s website. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging CRM technology to enhance customer relationships and drive business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM systems.
Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
User Training: Train and support staff on CRM best practices and usage.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve CRM processes and workflows.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on CRM performance and customer insights to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM alignment with business goals.
Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally.
Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools to track and report on website traffic and user behavior.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, with Information systems, computer science Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, and experience in the field of marketing and working with international brands
Good knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL, Experience with data management, versioning of data, backups, etc.
Ability skills in written and spoken English and Mongolian required
Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
