We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Facility Engineer based in UB at the Administration department.
This role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controlling building materials and structural systems. The Facility engineer ensures that the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
Main areas of responsibility include:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Quality assurance and quality control, response to maintenance and troubleshooting issues with facility equipment and systems.
Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for all facility system, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, renovations.
Monitor and optimize the performance of building systems to ensure energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
Ensuring that all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including Mongolian building construction law, and building codes. Cooperate with leasing organizations such as KK.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Plan and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and system upgrades.
Review project budgets, timelines, and specifications. Source and procure equipment, tools, and materials cost effectively.
Oversee project execution to ensure quality and adherence to budget and schedule.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Generate reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
Keep up-to-date documentation of facility systems and equipment.
Liaise with facility management, tenants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on facility operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff and occupants.
Work closely with other departments to support their facility related needs.
Skilled in budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
