Attend security briefings facilitated by the Security department.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying documents.
Answer calls and redirect when necessary.
Arrange meetings and appointments.
Prepare memos and forms and follow up on implementations.
Check office supplies and make orders accordingly.
Assist in completing monthly Security Audit required by the Shangri-La Group.
Prepare presentations and reports when needed.
Write emails and send to related colleagues based on the content.
Perform verbal or written translations when needed and where applicable.
Ensure that the Security Team on duty is handling matters related to the safety and security of the property.
Communicate with co-workers, management, residents, tenants, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
