Purpose: Manages sales activities for a range of products to contribute to business results and is responsible for SRD and UMR Products.
Main accountabilities, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for marketing, sales, support, administration, and consolidated performance with a strong focus on market share.
* Have a clear vision of the current position of all SRD and UMR Product Lines, the future goal to achieve, and the strategy to follow, including short- and long-term action plans.
* Support the Epiroc Group’s vision by having a strong Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.
* Live the Epiroc Group values "Interaction-Commitment-Collaboration" in internal and external activities and relations.
* Interact with management team members and employees in a constructive and unselfish way to achieve maximum synergies and overall results for MR.
* Maintain a close relationship with other MR Business Line Managers and Management to coordinate customer sales strategies.
* Engage and strengthen customer relationships.
* To support the development of Territory Management and develop a high degree of personal contact with customers.
Business Development:
* Implement a partnership approach with customers through a total delivery model approach, working in consultation with customers to identify and deliver innovative solutions to their operational needs, including consideration of research and development and automation solutions.
* Implement the optimal marketing of a mix of products - prices - promotions - places- and people through a yearly marketing plan.
* Implement an effective sales channel for the Ore Body Solution (REX) product line and governmental operations
Continuous improvement:
* Continuously evaluate the mix of all products best suited for the market
* Promote actively a specific range of products through a yearly marketing plan
* Introduce all new products and technologies aggressively to the market
* continuously explore new product outlet possibilities.
* Measure market coverage through the use of CRM and other marketing tools
* Constantly work with Territory Management
Member of Management Team:
Interact with members of the Management Team and with employees in a constructive and company-centric way to achieve maximum synergies and overall results for MR
* Maintain a close relationship with the other MR BLMs to coordinate customer sales strategies
* Be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance and image
