Preparation of official letters and answer and redirect company phone calls;
Preparation of domestic and foreign travel arrangements of employees and guests;
Procurement and proper management of office supplies and assets;
Responsible for office related payments within approved budget;
Arrange effective communication between the company and employees;
Assist with department related duties and internal events;
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field;
At least 1-2 years proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role;
Familiarity with customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping skills;
Ability to use MS Office programs effectively;
Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);
Additional information
