Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract agreements.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, particularly routing and switching technologies, storage solutions, and security systems.
Ability to articulate technical features, benefits, and advantages of products to potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in banks and financial institutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored IT solutions.
Work closely with internal technical teams, pre-sales engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (typically +5 years) in sales management, preferably within the IT industry and specifically with banking and finance clients.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
