This position is full-time and you are welcome. However, we do have a nice office based in the AAA+ part of Ulaanbaatar City. 

Our mission is to accelerate the development of the capital market in Mongolia by educating our readers. We make the business world engaging, interesting, and relevant for modern business professionals and leaders. How do we do that? Position Overview

We are looking to ramp up our Social and Branded Contents Writing and are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, not-afraid-to-experiment Business Writer. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating and managing compelling, engaging, and entertaining Social & Branded Content for our mediums (Lemon Press, Inside Mongolia, Videos & Audios, and Socials). You should be willing to understand and work with brands from various different sectors including but not limited to finance, construction, commerce, tech, mining, energy, and communication. 

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Content Creation: Produce a wide range of business-related content, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, reports, press releases, marketing collateral, and internal communications.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market analysis, competitors, and relevant topics to inform content development and maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Audience Analysis: Identify target audiences and tailor messaging and tone to resonate with different stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and employees.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels, adhering to brand guidelines and positioning.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior management, to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and align content strategies with business objectives.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, accuracy, and adherence to grammatical and stylistic standards.
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience reach.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in business writing and communications.

What makes you qualified?

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a copywriter, preferably within business or related industries. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples is required.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts, terminology, and trends, with the ability to translate complex information into accessible and engaging content.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail, grammar, punctuation, and clarity. Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and communication channels.
• Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting research using various sources, synthesizing information, and presenting findings in a coherent and compelling manner.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
