Purpose of the position: The primary objective of this role is to lead the development and enhancement of the Health Care Programme.

Responsibilities and main duties of the position:

• Coordinate the Health Care programme activities and planning.
• Enhance and refine programme activities.
• Conduct primary health examinations, diagnosis, and treatment for children and their families.
• Initiate and implement new project ideas, contributing to fundraising efforts and grant projects.
• Organise community events, public activities, and training sessions to promote programme development.
• Manage administrative documents and prepare plans and reports for the programmes.

• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mongolian.
• Specialisation in human medicine, public health or paediatrics preferred.
• 2 or more years of professional experience.
• Proficient in methods and strategies for promoting healthy behaviours within communities
• A proactive self-starter with strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communications skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of the socio-economic situation in Mongolia in general and the development work of NGOs in particular.
• Cultural sensitivity and proficiency in multicultural communication.
