- All types of document translation from English to Mongolian and vice versa, both internal and external
- Official letters communicated with external parties including customers, government agencies, other legal entities
- Reference letters and statements issued by authorized government agencies
- Corporate documents, policy and procedure documents, reports, internal memos, forms
- Contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Public tender-related documents, forms, technical conditions, etc.
- Equipment brochures, service & maintenance related documents
- Translated document quality control (e.g. proof-reading) and certification in English and Mongolian
- Verbal translations for the expat Directors in external and internal formal meetings and events
- Administrative and other duties assigned by the Director, Legal & Government Relations
Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага
- Degree in English Language, Business Administration, Commerce, Law
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Over 3 years of full-time translation work experience
- Holding a Certified Translation Stamp would be an advantage
