Field Verification Engineer - CSA

Work in the field (Surface and Underground) and office on necessary formal handover activities. Responsible for performing the field checks on handover engineering comments, OT commented drawings, advanced handover drawings and missing items in equipment list etc. Provide technical support in relation to design and/or drafting services for discipline specific engineering projects with regards to the development or upgrade of facilities and infrastructure, irrespective of location; Ensure all design drawings for engineering project work comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies, practices and QA requirements. Liaise with the discipline engineers to determine project requirements and deadlines. Produce drawings that comply with relevant national standards, provide the correct technical solution, are free of error or omission and are on time and on budget. Where applicable, extract appropriate detail from vendor information for incorporation into drawings. Provide timely turnaround of drawings/documentation flow. Apply discipline drawing standards and contribute to maintaining and developing those standards. Ensure that interdisciplinary drafting coordination is carried out in accordance with the Drafting Procedures.

Contract Administrator

The main purpose of this role is to administer all the contracts on the project site ensuring that contractual matters are properly & effectively negotiated, documented & implemented according to company standards. Provide Contracts Administration and Management support to the project site; Interface with Area Managers for all contractual matters and support services; Maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of the contact performance including all contract registers, client approvals (where necessary), preparation and execution of Contract Variations and complete closeout of each contract as required by the Project Procedures Manual. Monitor compliance of all aspects of the terms and conditions for each contract Assist in ensuring site entry requirements for plant, equipment and people are complied with. Liaise with the contractor’s representatives on all contractual requirements of the Contract. Carry out instructions or directions given by the Registered Mine or Construction Manager at all times to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory acts/regulations. Maintain and make available records to demonstrate compliance with the Project Procedures during audits. Comply with all Emergency plans and HSEC procedures for the site Attend the kick-off, weekly and monthly meetings as required and be responsible for minutes. In conjunction with the Construction Manager, maintain good relations with statutory authorities, and local companies adjacent to the site and client representatives. Assist with all contractual queries, issues, changes etc. requested by contractors and assist in ensuring a system is in place to highlight items involving a delayed response. Participate in continuous improvement of contract management processes, policies, procedures and systems; Regularly liaise/communicate and consult with key stakeholders and report on performance of contracts to management and client; Maintain records of and monitor compliance of site contractors’ performance Ensure all Project Information is captured in Omnicom and JPI. Ensue effective document and data control occurs to ensure appropriate personnel are issued with up-to-date documentation with such issues

Site Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to the engineering works of the project in conjunction with the Contracts team. Minimise te costs of the project and enhance the value for money while still achieving the the required standard and quality of the project.   Site Measurement & verification of progress Site verification of Contractors personnel/location/work hours & timesheets Weekly commodity installation reporting Ad-hoc verification exercises as instructed by the Area Manager. Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site manager, project managers and site engineers Select and/or source construction materials Undertake cost analysis or project work Perform risk, value management and cost control Advise on procurement strategy

Commissioning Electrical Supervisor

This is a frontline discipline leadership role accountable for delivering the discipline work scope through direct and indirect supervision of their discipline Technicians. The role objective is to ensure that the discipline technicians are appropriately supervised based on task risk, as well as ensuring that discipline technicians have the appropriate tools, materials, skills, and access authorisations to safely execute the work. Additionally, the role is responsible to ensure the discipline technicians complete task records daily, summarised in daily progression reports. To meet construction schedules and minimise Non conformance Directing the electrical site team with the leadership and assistance of the greater Construction team Ensuring safety and health compliance in regards to electrical aspects Ensuring sub-contractors are running to the schedule, within budget and on time Ensuring sub-contractors quality compliance Liaise closely with the client and other key stakeholders on site Undertake inspection, fault finding and root cause analysis of failures and making recommendations to rectify Provide electrical technical expertise

Payroll Accountant

  Strong understanding of & adherence to the Employer Policies (including a code of conduct, regulations and standards) Provide source data and reports to external payroll provider Ensure accuracy of time reported for the project and make labour corrections and enter supplemental time additions to time records where appropriate Maintain source document records in accordance with Mongolian legal requirements Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals/prepayment and variances Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and ensure action items are cleared on time Contribute to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work Instructions for the Finance Team and Business Operations regarding labour accounting and payroll. Review statutory Social and Health Insurance filings to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures. Liaise with Site and Ulaanbaatar Office Teams to resolve time recording, employee expense and payroll queries; Liaise with tax agents for tax queries Liaise with tax agents for tax queries
