Information Technology Staff

Respond to IT support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues; Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, either remotely or on-site; Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed; Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime; Implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats; Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses; Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices; Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the organization's IT infrastructure and operations; Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of IT systems and processes;

Body Paint Staff

To monitor workshop efficiency and productivity to ensure key performance indicators are met. To plan required trainings based on the technicians’ skills and certification status To organize activities and monitor progress versus plan. To support preparation of training materials To ensure operations are carried out as standards and conduct evaluation To support BP operation of official dealers to meet their goal. To collaborate with the dealers on continuous improvement. To conduct monthly meeting with dealer’s BP managers. To collaborate with vehicle sales team on handling damage claims. Any other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Staff (Admin staff)

Manage daily operations of the office; Preparation of official letters and answer and redirect company phone calls; Preparation of domestic and foreign travel arrangements of employees and guests; Procurement and proper management of office supplies and assets; Responsible for office related payments within approved budget; Arrange effective communication between the company and employees; Assist with department related duties and internal events;

Concierge (Lexus Emerge)

To provide the highest level of customer service (Omotenashi) to customers; To ensure facility’s daily smooth operation; To prepare relevant proposals and reports for planned activities; To plan and implement seasonal mood setting in the facility; To plan and participate in community events; To act as a brand ambassador and ensure brand philosophy and standard at the facility; To obtain customer information for CRM;

Toyota-Q Staff

To monitor automotive industry market trend and identify market needs To plan required trainings based on the technicians’ skills and certification status To organize department activities and monitor progress versus plan. To ensure operations are carried out as standards and conduct evaluation To support operation of official dealers to meet their goal. To collaborate with the dealers on continuous improvement. To conduct monthly meeting with dealer’s managers. To collaborate with other departments. Any other relevant duties as assigned by management.

To plan required trainings based on the technicians’ skills and certification status To collaborate with dealers on implementation of new service products To ensure operations are carried out as standards and conducting evaluation. To support operation of official dealers to meet their goal. To collaborate with the dealers on continuous improvement. To conduct monthly meeting with dealer’s managers. To collaborate with other departments. Any other relevant duties as assigned by management.
