Provide advice and operational support across the company regarding all training and development activities. Communicate all upcoming training activities to management and employees. Coordinate effectively with other travel team members, customers, and the mine-site Administrators. Manage the enrolment and attendance records. Coordinate with Sandvik training team and ensure all training records are captured accordingly. Administer training venues, training material and co-ordinate relevant communications and facilitate the induction, where necessary. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training activities. Deliver standardized training courses on equipment (Operation, Maintenance, Service, Service inspection, installation & commissioning, and faultfinding). Design, develop and deliver OTJT (On the Job Training) as required to individuals or small groups. Deliver and secure product safety training in relation to Operation, Maintenance, Service, Service inspection, installation & commissioning & faultfinding for own regional area. Provides Regional support for services such as service inspection and maintenance planning.
