General Affairs Coordinator

Quality and Risk Management Staff

Responsibilities: Administer compliance with Q&RM requirements including independence, global alerts, and announcements. Own administrator role for various global compliance systems. Operate and document related controls liaising with control owners and control testers. Manage engagement documentation filing, archiving, retaining, and disposing. Support and liaise with Q&RM senior team members to improve Q&RM process and procedures. Coordinate and cooperate with professionals, Q&RM team, and central support teams. Other assigned tasks

Tax Associate

Responsibilities: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team performing tax and accounting related tasks including tax advisory and tax compliance services to a variety of clients; Participate in a full spectrum of assignments; To obtain good working knowledge of firm's workflow management tools To research on tax related topics and furnish reviewers with sufficient information and advice in order to ensure correct completion of the tax advice and tax returns. Keep up-to-date on current tax practices

Audit Associate

Responsibilities: Be a part of audit team for various clients Verify information provided by clients Complete working papers in accordance with auditing standards Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters under the supervision of senior team members Identify performance improvement opportunities within clients’ accounting and financial reporting processes and controls Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
