DATA SPECIALIST

Support users in drilling data workflows and provide solutions specific to data use cases Manage geological datasets and databases in accordance with internal policies and standards Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across relevant systems Coordinate data exchange with project stakeholders, including geologists, GIS specialists, geophysicists, and IT teams Contribute to the development, documentation, and improvement of data tools and workflows Support user training and provide technical assistance when needed Conduct data QA/QC and ensure traceability of datasets Collaborate with corporate data experts to maintain alignment with technical requirements

DOCUMENT QUALITY CONTROLLER

Ensure revisions of Technical Documentation from contractors match the transmittal sheet and technical documentation list Check the completeness of both hard and electronic copies, including responses to comments in approved formats Distribute Technical Documentation to engineers by discipline in a timely manner for review Send collected comments to contractors on time for implementation Manage and control the review process using document management system Timely filling and update (as far as a new Technical Documentation is available) of the Technical Documentation List for tracking the Project status and weekly distribution in accordance with the Distribution List. Track and record documentation versions to monitor project status effectively The incumbent shall be bound to execute other assignments as required by the management

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Provide comprehensive administrative support to project leadership, including scheduling, meeting organization, travel arrangements, and correspondence Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation (letters, contracts, decisions, official memos, government approvals, technical documents, etc.) Coordinate with internal departments, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper document flow and follow-up Prepare and support documentation required for regulatory submissions, permits, and inspections in coordination with government agencies Maintain confidentiality and compliance with administrative procedures and company policies Translate documents and provide interpretation if needed

CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Manage and maintain internal and external contract documentation Ensure contracts comply with Mongolian laws, regulations, and company policies Track and support key contract dates (expirations, renewals, milestones) and ensure timely actions Identify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate compliance issues when needed Collaborate with legal, procurement, and compliance teams Support contract amendments, renewals, and terminations Coordinate with vendors, clients, and suppliers for smooth contract execution

TAX ACCOUNTANT

The Tax Accountant is responsible for computation, preparation and submission of all tax returns in full compliance with laws and regulations.   Prepare and file all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) in full compliance with local laws and regulations Prepare transfer pricing documentation on annual basis, submit the reports Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business Perform accurate booking and reconciliation of all tax-related entries in the accounting systems Ensure accurate tax balances are reflected in the financial statements. Act as the main point of contact for tax auditors and external tax consultants Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries during internal and external audits, including tax inspections Maintain professional, ethical relationships with tax authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure tax compliance aligns with financial reporting objectives Contribute to additional finance and accounting activities, such as fixed asset inventories and reporting Participate in improving internal processes and tax-related controls within the accounting department Perform other relevant duties as and when requested
