We work with content producers, cable networks, TV and broadcast stations and VOD services in various aspects of media content distribution and production, from consultancy, production, financing, sales, marketing, and distribution in the Entertainment and Media industry.   The Opportunity You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Marketing and Sales team to drive the growth of our business in Mongolia. Furthermore, you will be introduced to our comprehensive content and catalogue, designed for international sales across global entertainment and media platforms.   Responsibilities:   Sales side Responsible for the sale of finished TV programs, formats, and other select media IP within the Mongolian territory. Support strategic localization efforts, including dubbing and transcription. Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients/partners. Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports, update client database with accurate contact information. Conduct market research for assigned territories. Identify new content opportunities, sponsorships, and other initiatives to drive business growth in target markets. Develop and implement strategic sales and execution plans, including organizing annual sales trips when necessary. Collaborate with the Acquisitions Director and/or CEO to create sales projections.   Marketing side Responsible for compiling, organizing, and distributing programming information for internal review and sales, as needed. Assist the Sales team with preparing PowerPoint presentations and conducting market research on new IP products available for acquisition. Oversee localization of product information for all Mongolian programs under review for sales in Mongolia. This includes updating inventory listings of localized versions and tracking overall sales information. Manage diary, meetings, and business travel arrangements for yourself and/or the CEO’s trips to Mongolia. Coordinate registration and organization of Mongolian market events, as well as scheduling market meetings and arranging business trips, accommodations, and flights. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create necessary promotional materials for sales in Mongolia. Be prepared to travel to Singapore or other international locations when required, ensuring you can make personal arrangements for travel as needed.
